Suffern Village Board meetings have lately become lively political theater with a dash of community confession. While Orange Avenue development project finally makes its way back onto the agenda at Monday night’s meeting, there are other, unresolved issues bubbling about under the Roberts-Rules-of-Order surface. Suffern Track Teams Show Strengths At Own Indoor Invitational

The Mounties hosted schools from all over the Rockland County and the Hudson Valley at Rockland Community College on Friday, January 16, with the girls team taking first place while the boys finished third. Suffern Moves Orange Avenue Decision To Mid-October Board Meeting

The Suffern board is set to make a board determination on a zone change related to the Orange Avenue development project that, if green lighted, would see a 91-unit luxury rental apartment building on the site of the current dilapidated Hotel Lafayette.
