Sloatsburg Elementary School second grade students embraced the holiday spirit this season, pitching in to the local food pantry and donating pajamas for the Scholastic pajamas drive — donations of books and pajamas help children in need and encourage a nice bedtime story.

The SES second graders continued a holiday tradition of their own last week with annual caroling at the Village Halls of of Sloatsburg and Hillburn, including holiday story time with Ramapo Police Officer Omar Olayan and SES Principal Joe Lloyd.
