The Tuxedo Hudson Company opened its new Blue Barn Farm Stand over the first weekend of August and nearly sold out of organic produce during a good Saturday afternoon run of visitors.
Part of the French Resistance Coffee House & Cafe property, the Blue Barn Farm Stand features locally-sourced organic produce and colorful gardens and grounds is a taste of what the location will offer in the future — freshly prepared light fare, coffees, teas, and an assortment of other items.
The Tuxedo Hudson Company has completely repurposed the historical village center Waldron property, accenting the ruins of the 70 foot long livery stable with a fountain constructed by Roy Robinson of Pacific Pool & Spa. The 1/2 acre lot also includes a garden and cafe tables.
The THC rollout will give Sloatsburgers access to farm fresh goods while the company prepares its other plans for the French Resistance Coffee House & Cafe.

The Blue Barn Organic Farm Stand is open Saturdays and Sundays from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
